Americans who are stuck in Canada, since they can’t get “affordable” health insurance in America.

  2. Great example, According to “WHO” the Worlds Health Organization rates Canada as 30th and the USA as 25th as having the best Healthcare.

Data from 1997 was used in the report.

Did you read the entire report Richard….of course not.

The World Health Organization (WHO) ranked the healthcare systems of its 191 member states in its World Health Report 2000. It provided a framework and measurement approach to examine and compare aspects of health systems around the world.[1] It developed a series of performance indicators to assess the overall level and distribution of health in the populations, and the responsiveness and financing of health care services. It was the organization’s first ever analysis of the world’s health systems,[2] but has been subject to criticism of its usefulness and methodology.

Don’t be lazy Richard and please stop with the Glenn Beck says so shit. I shot beer through my nose from laughing so hard when you used him as a spokesman against UK healthcare.

True that, Way before everyone Here in the USA is losing there Healthcare because of the threat of Obama Care as previously posted and ignored!

  3. First of all Frank, These people who are losing coverage from there employers aren’t getting universal Healthcare for 3 Years, But funding Universal Healthcare already started.

Obama mentioned that Social Security benefits will be raised coming the new year but what he didn’t tell you is Your part of Medicare also is going up and will continue to go up for the next several years.

In addition those employees who use to get Employer paid Medical benefits will now be forced to Pay for Medical Insurance or face fines, Who care if they can’t afford it.

Fuck the people, Big Government is Here, Bend over now for Your stimulus package!

And these dumb fucks are protesting Wall Street when they should be at the Doors on Capital Hill.

They’re just to fucking Dumb, 3 years from Now they all be paying medical insurance if they want or not. Just think 27 year old’s force to pay for some thing they don’t need or want.

What are you trying to say Richard?

Oh wait how Obamacare has not even taken effect yet and some Republican shrills are claiming that it’s already stifling their employment or forcing them to discard their plans for health insurance?

Blah-blah and more blah from companies who would rather use healthcare as another excuse to raise the premiums on their workers, lower their wages and use this as another reason to move their operations to China.

America’s healthcare system is not only falling behind and causing many to go bankrupt, but our healthcare quality is falling behind most if not all of Europe, Canada, UK and many countries in Asia. This not due to Obamacare, but runaway GREED by Pharmaceutical Companies, The Healthcare Industry and Insurance Companies. Our politicians in Washington D.C. who receive millions of dollars in bribes, oooops I mean campaign contributions to influence their support for our failing healthcare system as it is today. Yep Richard, let’s keep things as it is, so our top 1% can continue enriching themselves at the expense of the working class and taxpayers.

Richard even a 27 year old should be insured PERIOD! Who do you think pays for his care if he gets cancer? Do you know who, the taxpayers.

Medicare for all is what should be done.

What you propose is doing NOTHING! Well Richard we have been doing NOTHING and our healthcare costs are running out of control. Healthcare for ordinary Americans is to important to leave at the hands of greedy Healthcare Industry and Insurance Companies. The time has come for government intervention to stop the out of control costs that are driving many families into bankruptcies and/or to have no health insurance at all and hopefully won’t go into bankruptcy.

Your philosphy of Capitalism without controls is destroying America’s economy [not for the rich though, chuckle] and the quality of life for it’s Middle Class.

  6. “Richard, let’s keep things as it is, so our top 1% can continue enriching themselves at the expense of the working class and taxpayers.”

You mean like Our Government Officials who get the best Healthcare in the world, but don’t want to partake in Our Healthcare.

Look at Gabby Giffords, Do You think any other American on regular Health Insurance would be alive today or even talking for the matter.

  7. carpentersville

Of course, our elected officials have the best insurance around in Washington D.C., so does our Illinois state wide office holders and State Senators and Representitives.

Just look at our Kane County Board members, for their part time job they get great Insurance.

Yes Richard, something should be done to stop our elected representitives from receiving Health Insurance that most Americans would dream of having.

    Frank

  8. Dear Carpentersville,
Neat Post, There has been a great deal of discussion about the new health care reform and whether or not it will affect the business of medical malpractice insurance. Although it has been said that there will be no changes in the business of insurance, there will be many changes in the healthcare industry as a whole. Regardless, now is the time for physicians to prepare for these changes.
