While Barack Obama insists that the idea that ObamaCare will cover illegal immigrants is a “myth,” the CRS points out that the bill does nothing to prevent it. Since HR3200 doesn’t require people to establish citizenship or legal residency before applying to exchanges for health insurance, including the public option, taxpayer money will certainly flow to illegal immigrants:

Of course, the REAL PROBLEM is ENFORCEMENT. How do we DENY TREATMENT to illegal aliens. It seems problematic. Are we all going to receive a National Photo I.D. with thumbprint, to distinguish legal from illegal? Certainly all hospitals will admit everyone with or with-out identifiction, if they are in “critical care.”
We do need to iron out these details, before anyone is issued any type of government assistance for healthcare. Right now the State of Illinois has funneled hundreds of millions of dollars each year to assist people who aren’t here legally. This burden needs to stop at the local, state and national levels.
One more thing, can you believe that the rumor that President Obama wasn’t born in the U.S. is still going around? Yes, my GOD! Some of these funny partisan jokes are being swallowed and spewed out by the same rightwing nutjobs and Tea Baggers. Silly.

The Fact is Frank, Medicare requires you to be a citizen of the USA, why can’t Obamacare do the same?
It’s all got to do with the way you get your insurance card. like I said before Medicare requires proof of citizenship so can Obamacare so why hasn’t he?

Looks like Frank is another disciple of Saul Alinsky, the author of “Rules for Radicals” (although, I doubt that he’s actually read them himself — he merely emulates his comrades on the left). Re-read for yourself how Frank uses the following rules to attack anyone who tried to reason with him….

Although, Frank’s conscience won’t let him side with illegal aliens in their quest for socialized healthcare at our (massive) expense, he pretends to be having a jolly good time with the sincere efforts of the general populace who has risen up against the Obama atrocities of late. Anyone who has actually read the healthcare bill can see the gaping loopholes allowing illegal aliens to receive coverage.

There is no way the Government can reduce Healthcare costs by running it. The Government can’t even run Medicare let alone something bigger.
Why is it that people who are on Medicare have to but supplement Insurance to cover the things Medicare doesn’t.
You know who runs the supplement Insurance’s? The Private sector you know why? because they can and the Government can’t.

Being a person that has dealt with our great government controlled Medicare and SSI and with that experience I tell you you’re in for a Big Surprise and it’s not a pleasant one by far.
I’m wondering who’s going to control the supplement programs that the government doesn’t cover now or are they going to cover everything which I doubt.
I bet if You ask most of the people now on Medicare about their coverage I’d bet you’d get an overwhelmingly, It sucks and it doesn’t cover everything that needs to be done.
That’s why are Seniors and disabled have to buy additional Insurance to cover what’s not covered under Medicare part A, B and D.
Honestly Frank, I really think that you don’t understand How it works or in this case Doesn’t.

I’m sorry Richard, maybe I’m posting to fast for you. Here, I’ll say it again. Medicare CAN’T negotiate with the giant Pharmaceutical Companies for the price of medicines.
You see Richard, maybe you don’t, the free-wheeling capitalists in the USA want to protect our private healthcare giants from those nasty government enterprises who want to get at least the same deal that Canada and other countries get from these Pharmaceutical Companies. Don’t you remember the scare that are senior citizens got from Bush/Cheney Justice Department? Or do you have selective partisan memory disorder! Yep, The Justice Department threatened our senior citizens with arrest if they went on those senior citizen bus junkets to get their medicine in Canada.
I broke the law several years ago when I went to Nogales Mexico to pick up medicine [half price] for my elderly Mother and her friends. Geeezes Richard, I was sweating bullets when I went back to the U.S. side of the border. My GOD! I’m a smuggler of drugs! I wonder what my jail sentence would’ve been in our Federal Court system? Pretty scary shit! I really wonder how our senior citizens feel when they cross over the border to get their prescriptions filled?
Richard, eventually the good ole USA will wake up one day and will decide that healthcare ain’t a privilege, but a “RIGHT” for every AMERICAN.

Regarding the VA. Let me inform Mr. Richard of three veterans of the Vietnam War – all over 60 years of age – that have and are continuing to receive spendid care from our “socialist” VA”
1. my brother, a Marine, who recently underwent sugery for Colon Cancer. He can’t sign the praises of the VA enough. He is from right wing Orange County, CA and has been against “big government” until he became the beneficiary of socialism over the last 12 months!!!
2. my brother-in-law – a member of the 101st Airborne. He has suffered many injuries over the last 5 years. The VA hospital in Sioux Falls, SD has been a life saver. Again, that terrible socialist health care he has been receiving has been a life saver.
3 my neighbor across the street. Spent his entire tour in Vietnam in the jungle as an Army sniper. He too has received excellent care at Hines VA.
RICHARD — YOU LIE ABOUT THE VA. If you want I can give you the email address of all of the above and you can find out if they receive shit care from the VA now that they have been out of active duty for 40 years.
