I am disgusted after watching this on public TV last night.
Here we have volunteers cleaning up vacant properties to make Carpentersville a cleaner place and Trustee Sliwinski starts giving Pat Schultz who Chairs the Carpentersville Improvement committee, a hard time for signs they placed and what’s on the signs, who gave permission? yada yada yada.
